    完善《环翠区涉外渔业突发事件应急预案》，按照属地管理原则，不断强化涉外渔船管控措施。对全区44.1千瓦以上捕捞渔船，统一配备北斗卫星定位装置，通过渔业安全救助指挥中心监控平台，实时了解渔船动向。年内，组织16艘渔船在韩国专属经济区作业，提供包括节假日在内的24小时入渔通报服务；组织14艘大功率冷冻渔船赴中日暂定措施水域作业。
