    认真落实岸段负责制，使海洋执法监察步入规范化轨道，通过海查陆巡等方法，对辖区海域实施全方位监管，组织开展“碧海”“海盾”“护岛”等专项执法行动，有效震慑违法用海行为，进一步规范用海秩序。年内，累计出动人员 1156 人次、车辆 160 辆次，行程10160公里；出动海监执法船只160艘次，行程1万海里；查处违法用海行为5起，罚款39.2万元。
