    监察执法  全年接待群众来访5415人次，接听群众电话咨询5703人次，回复市长、区长公开电话、信箱等243次，巡视检查用人单位654家，受理劳动者投诉举报246起。其中，工资案件170起，为690名劳动者追回工资301.7万元；保险案件75起，为149名劳动者追缴社会保险费115.2万元。妥善处理群体性突发案件14起，涉及服装、电子、渔具、木业、建筑、餐饮、机械加工等多个行业，其中10～19人4起，20～49人5起，50～100人2起，100人以上2起，涉及劳动者1514人，涉及工资、保险、经济补偿、高温费等总额687.64万元。
“两网化”建设  2014年，全区各镇、街道办事处劳动保障监察三级网格采集和录入用人单位信息3334条。
