    在全区公立医院全面推行“先诊疗后结算”、预约诊疗、志愿者服务、临床路径管理、单病种质量费用控制、优质护理服务工程和出院随访等改革措施。至年末，开展临床路径管理病种10个；实施最高限价单病种增至45个；创建优质护理示范病房2个；享受到预约诊疗服务1万余人；出院患者或家属随访率达到100%。
