    在全区卫生系统深入开展服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意的“三好一满意”活动。通过市、区两级社情民意调查及群众满意度卫生专场，面向社会进行满意度测评，群众满意率达到95%以上。积极做好行风热线上线工作，及时受理社情管理服务指挥平台征集的群众意见和建议，并认真进行回复。通过“环翠区政务网”、《今日环翠》《环翠卫生》等宣传媒介详细介绍卫生有关政策法规、工作开展情况及便民利民的举措和成效等。
