    2013年，全区交通总投资1余亿元，实施9条11.7公里农村道路建设。在羊汪线（南小城—威石路）、海峰路2条重点道路工程上，首次采用工程总承包模式，促使各施工环节有序衔接。同时，组织开展“农村公路管理养护年活动”，加强农村公路精细化管理，改造7条4.7公里进村路，对群众反响强烈的羊亭镇域“一元制”公交问题，与市道路运输管理处、市城郊公交公司进行反复沟通协调，前期准备工作就绪。
