    2013年，区市政局按照市政处的要求从严规范城区道路挖掘管理工作。继续实施计划管理，要求各管线单位在2012年11月末前申报2013年度的挖掘城市道路计划；对单位申报的条（段）挖掘计划进行综合梳理、调整汇总，上报市政处及市建委最终确定挖掘道路计划。年内，区市政局办理道路破挖手续173宗，破挖沥青、混凝土路面5470平方米，人行道板4567平方米。
