    根据《威海市2013年农村危房改造工作实施方案》，协调监察、财政、审计、公安、国土、民政、残联等部门对2013年度21户农村群众生活居住危房情况进行现场复核，对2户需要翻新重建的危房形成书面材料上报区政府，通过一事一议确定翻新重建。至年末，21户危房改造、修缮工作全部完成，危房改造投资52.9万元。11月6日，顺利通过省住房和城乡建设厅对2012年和2013年危房改造工作的现场检查，省级检查组对环翠区农村危房改造工作机制建设、操作程序和改造效果等工作给予了充分肯定。
