    深入开展“中小企业服务年”活动，组织企业参加省、市、区各类专题培训，共计600人次。组织11家重点用能企业参加威海市经信委举办的能源体系建设、山东省能源管理师、山东省清洁生产审核师等培训，受训人员38人。组织30余家企业参加工业设计云平台应用专场培训会。依托高校、院所，分期、分批地对企业家进行培训，年内受训企业家80余人次，为企业家更新发展理念、拓宽发展思路，互相交流学习，提高管理水平搭建平台。
