    高度重视风暴潮、海冰等海洋灾害的预防工作，加强对海岸线巡查观测，密切监视海冰发展动态。认真做好绿潮防范处置工作，加强值班和信息传递，及时掌握绿潮的发展态势；组织海监执法船舶，对所辖海域进行巡航监视，加强监视监测，及时掌握绿潮发展现状，随时做好应急处置准备。对铁人三项赛场海域进行陆、海巡查，做好相关监管工作，确保赛场海域水质达标、无渔船进入。
