    全年受理来信来访及“12336”举报电话35起、20人次。本着“信访工作无小事”原则，对涉及群众信访反映的问题，做到一一及时调查，对苗头性问题及时处理于萌芽状态，做到“大事不出镇，小事不出村”，全区没有发生进京到省上访案件，有力维护了社会稳定。
