    2012年度卫片执法检查，国土资源部下发涉及环翠区疑似违法用地（W）图斑86个，54宗土地，面积50.88公顷，其中，核定为违法用地37个，26宗土地，面积10.8公顷。立案上报市国土资源局审批20宗，非立案查处6宗。环翠区2012年违法占用耕地占新增建设用地占用耕地面积的比例为0.75%。结合卫片执法检查，全区自行拆除违法建筑10宗，建筑物面积2000余平方米，恢复土地面积2.07公顷。
