    2013年，全区实有耕地面积3977.77公顷，基本农田保护面积2870.11公顷，开发整理增加耕地3公顷，耕地保有量、基本农田保护面积、补充耕地面积3项任务指标均超计划完成，顺利通过市政府检查验收。严格落实耕地占补平衡制度，年内全区建设用地占用耕地43.75公顷，全部实现耕地占补平衡。
