    2013年，积极与全区及工业新区（11月20日更名临港经济技术开发区）内的29家行政执法单位，会签《关于行政执法检察监督的意见》，并在国土、涉农、卫生等重点领域，办理行政执法监督案件10起。不断强化民事行政诉讼监督，全年受理案件26起，办理民事抗诉、虚假诉讼、执行监督、诉讼违法案件等11起，息诉2起，发出再审检察建议6起，法院改判5起。
