山东华显安装建设有限公司独立承担安装施工。工程造价7600万元，安装设备380台（件），安装管线28000米，安装设备最高高度70余米，吊装设备单件最重120吨，采用氩弧焊焊接工艺，射线、超声波、磁粉渗透检测。2007年8月竣工，一次试车成功，被建设单位评定为优良工程。
