1985年成立军队离休退休干部休养所，二级事业单位，编制6人。1986年，接收移交地方政府安置的军队离退休干部和退休士官，共接收37人。2004年，军休所定编4人。2003～2007年，军休所各项工作有了长足发展，步入正规化、规范化轨道。接收军队退休人员3人。（王家才）
