 境内属暖温带大陆性季风气候，四季分明，降水较为充沛。2003～2007年，平均气温为13.9℃，年均最高气温为14.9℃（2006年），年均最低气温为13.6℃（2003年），平均气温春季为14.5℃，夏季为26.2℃，秋季为14.2℃，冬季为0.5℃。常年极端最高气温为39.4℃（2005年6月23日），常年极端最低气温为-15.5℃（2003年5月1日）。2003～2007年，境内平均降水量为763.4毫米（自1958～2007年平均降水696.6毫米）。年际变化幅度大，年最大降水量为946.5毫米（2004年），年最小降水量为591.9毫米（2007年）。空气相对湿度。2003～2007年平均相对湿度61%，最低出现在2、3月份，占50%。最大出现在8、9月份，占73%～80%，其中春季为51%，夏季为75%，秋季为62%，冬季为55%。
