 亦称边院工业园区，建设规划面积4平方公里。2003年4月开工建设，投资8000万元，完成区内7500米的道路建设和基础设施配套，办理工业用地手续66.7公顷，形成道路硬化、美化、绿化，花坛、水电、厂房为一体的花园式企业群。2003～2007年，进区项目5个，显现了规模聚集效应。
