    1995年，市教委、人事局联合制定下发了《关于大力开展勤工俭学活动及对校办企业
管理的若干规定》，并表彰了43个先进单位和37名先进工作者，评出了3个“小巨人”企
业。1997年勤工俭学从业人员1626人，固定资产4660万元，勤工俭学总收入达到了652
万元，上缴税金48万元，用于改善办学条件196万元，占总收入的30%。
