    1995年，肥城再一次被列为全国“绿色证书工程”试点县(市)。1997年，全市已建
成绿证教学班18个，开设绿证教育专业6个，举办培训班326期，累计培训绿证学员
4. 5万人。经过考核评审，有9378人获得了由市政府颁发的绿色证书，平均每村14人，
有效地提高了农民技术素质。
