    1993年1月，合资企业泰鹏公司成立，第一条喷胶棉生产线建成投产，初步实现了由
有纺到无纺的转变。1995年，合资企业英伦公司成立，建成第二条喷胶棉生产线，并开发
生产纺丝棉系列产品。1997年6月，第三条生产线生产楼正式竣工投产，开发生产大被系
列，床罩系列等机织产品，完成了喷胶棉扩能改造工程。形成了年生产喷胶棉3000吨规模，
创产值6000万元，利税500万元，成为山东第一家、长江以北最大的喷胶棉生产基地。
