    1997年2月，市印刷厂被山东傲饰集团兼并.成立新华印刷有限公司和升华彩印有限公
司，形成了风险共担的新体制。在用人制度上，实行双向选择，优化组合。在分配形式上。
采用“毛利工资含量制”，多劳多得，加大提成比例。集团又多方筹措注人资金，新上了纸
箱项目，为企业培植了新的经济增长点。1997年，两个公司共完成产值3040万元，实现销
售收人1700万元，利税73. 1万元，分别比上年同期增长25%,15%和363%，一举扭亏为盈。
