    1996年，联合市供销社、农资公司开展化肥、农药保质监销工作。在供销社系统设立
了17个保质监销站、96个保质监销点，遍及17个乡镇办事处。各保质监销站、点建立健
全了商品报验制度、留样销售制度、信誉卡制度。技术监督部门定期培训经销人员，监督检
验化肥、农药质量。1996～1997年，开展执法检查，共取缔非法经营单位56家，查封各种
化肥850吨，销毁假化肥56吨，过期失效农药3吨，保护了农民消费者利益。1997年，市
技术监督局被评为全省农资监销先进单位。
