    1996～1997年，全市各级工会把搞好职代会民主评议企业领导干部、加强企业领导班
子建设作为落实“依靠”方针的重要措施，在市属企业中普遍开展了民主评议工作。在109
个班子中，评出满意的43个，基本满意的54个，被评议的646名企业领导干部优秀的161
人，称职的378人。全市共有530。余名职工代表参加了评议。
