    大武村位于边院镇驻地东南5公里处， 共250户，1020人，耕地115公顷。至
1997年底，全村养鸡专业户占全村总户数的90%以上。其中500只以上的180多家，
千只以上的近40家，万只以上的4家，建成4个饲养小区。年存养鸡20万只，产蛋
200万公斤， 收入300万元， 人均收入3000多元。先后被泰安市委、市政府授予
“小康村”红旗村党支部”“五好村党支部”“个体私营经济工作先进村”等荣
誉称号。
