    穆庄火车站1959年春兴建，1962年5月竣工。建有车站客货运行站房库，4股半道，自穆庄站至大
封矿、矿务局机械厂、陶阳矿三条专用线。全站职工85人，年客运量65000人次，货运量144万吨，年
客货运输收入447万元。随着汽车、拖拉机货运和汽车客运的发展，至1995年火车客运量比始通火车
时有下降。
