    香椿芽在安站分布较广，尤以纸坊、贺庄的香椿芽为佳。纸坊、贺庄两村的香椿芽，味清醇浓烈，
烹饪切割时，50米以内可闻到香味。而且色泽鲜艳、纤维少，入口无渣。
    1995年安临站香椿树发展到17000株，年产香椿芽5万余公斤。
