    安临站镇盛产花椒，各村山坡地、地堰边均有栽培。
    其品种有大红袍、香椒、臭椒3种。以南虎门“老虎窝”的花椒最佳。大花椒皆衔一粒小花椒，
当地俗称“抱娃娃”，色泽鲜艳、香味浓烈，且产量高。
    1978年后，安临站镇规定花椒树随承包土地走，新植的花椒树归个人所有，调动了农民的积极性，
花椒树已经发展成本镇重要的经济作物，1995年全镇有花椒树300万株，年产花椒皮450万余斤。
