    过村镇、 边院镇均有较大储量，东向一带位于盐矿的中心部位。盐层平均埋深800-1000米，最深
1380米，最浅690米，4-31层不等。单层最大厚度14.98米，盐层平均累计厚度95.11米。该矿易开采，
矿床顶、底板及层间夹板均为坚硬的石膏层，矿层界限清楚，倾角平缓，无断层及褶曲，便于水溶压
裂法开采。境内岩盐储藏量达50亿吨。
