    位于汶阳镇新刘东史村。碑文记载：此庙明嘉靖四十五年(公元1566年)二月二十二日动工重修。
庙内前为天王殿，后为大殿。天王殿供奉四大天王。大殿面宽五间，进深三间，硬山单脊顶，黄绿硫
璃瓦，砖石结构，四角单飞檐。殿前曾有清同治十一年(公元1872年)一匾额，上书“万神朝礼”。殿
内原供观音菩萨一尊、玉皇大帝一尊、佛相一尊、圣人一尊。整个建筑庄重肃穆，为县级文物保护单
位。
