    位于牛山东北的山腰上，因石形似雄鹰而得名。站在牛山寺后远眺此石，犹如雄鹰立于万树丛中，
为牛山一景。牛山寺后不远处还有一巨石立于山涧之中，形如一栖鹰，与山腰之老鹰遥相对应。民间
传说，两老鹰原本双双并立于山腰之中，后天降大雨，山洪暴发，将其中一鹰冲至山下，后两鹰只能
隔溪相望。
