   1969年11月，成立肥城县人民防空领导小组，县人民武装部部长任组长，下设办公室
。各公社、驻肥厂矿均建有防空领导小组。1971年3月，改称肥城县战备领导小组，
下设肥城县革命委员会战备办公室。1975年3月，又改称肥城县人民防空领导小组。
20世纪80年代初，人民防空工作停顿。2002年9月，肥城市被省政府、省军区确定为
人民防空重点城市，成立专门机构，定为二级事业单位，编制3人。
