    1987～2003年，驻肥各部队共参加抢险救灾17次。出动兵力1395人，出动车辆120台
次。
    1988年夏，肥城地区遭受龙卷风袭击，驻肥部队出动车辆14台，上千官兵参加救
灾。1993年10月，王瓜店镇330多公顷庄稼被矿井水淹没，54889部队派出600多名官
兵，11台车，挖排水渠道1000米。2001年8月，71558部队629名官兵参加东平湖抗洪
抢险，动用车辆42台，修筑子堤5.4公里，搬运沙包、石子58万袋，块石380立方米，
装卸沙土100多吨，铺设防水工布31600平方米，河道爆破、打桩200多根。
