     1988～2002年，出现冰雹8次，最早一次在1999年5月9日，最晚一次在1998年9月7日
。最大的一次出现在1998年8月30日，直径30～40毫米，冰雹多出现在5～9月，7月最
多，3次，6月次之，2次，其它月份3次。冰雹造成的灾害比较严重，据调查统计，1
988～2002年间，冰雹造成的直接经济损失已达1亿多元。
