    县工商行坚持“先行试点，循序渐进，广泛宣传，全面铺开”的原则，积极
开办代发工资业务，做到源头揽储。1988年在国庄矿分理处先行试点，1991年在
全县铺开. 1992年各营业机构均开办此项业务， 同年8月率先为肥城县委、县府
1134人代发工资， 月转储额达27万元。1992年7月县工商行参加了省工商行在威
海召开的代发工资经验交流会. 肥城作了大会发言。
