    随着物质生活的不断提高，人民生活发生了明显的变化。1992年已有29个村
用上了自来水， 占总人口的60%以上。每百户农民需用品拥有量分别为: 自行车
190辆，缝纫机53架，收音机68台，钟表90个，手表173块，电风扇88台，电视机
83台。居住条件也发生了较大变化，建房质量和标准越来越高，人均占有居住面
积为25平方米。
