    侯家平，1954年6月生，东平县人。中共党员，初中文化，肥城矿务局曹庄煤矿采煤三区副区长。
山东省劳动模范。
    1977年，侯家平到肥城矿务局曹庄煤矿当工人，曾任工长，后任采煤三区副区长。
    侯家平以矿为家，扎实苦干，坚持工作在采煤第一线。每年出勤在320个班以上，为全矿生产任
务的完成作出了突出贡献。曾多次被评为局和矿优秀工长、劳动模范。1993年，被评为泰安市劳动模
范。1995年5月，被山东省政府授予“山东省劳动模范”称号。
