           2009年，全市共审批项目279个，全部进行了环境影响评价，“三同时”执行率保持100%。全年共征收排污费1420万元，比2008年同期增长8%，完成市财政任务的129%，泰安市局指导性任务的118%，位列泰安市第一。已建成污水处理厂1座，城市污水集中处理率达到86.5%。完成环境污染治理项目41个，完成投资额近10亿元。城市空气质量优于二级水平，水环境功能区达标率为100%。年内，肥城市通过省级环保模范城市验收，成为全省首批六个省级环保模范城市之一。
