           位于安驾庄镇张家安村内东侧，元代建筑，县级文物保护单位。张志纯庙又称“颠仙祠”，坐北朝南，东西宽32米，南北长24米，由大殿、围墙、大门组成。大殿为硬山式建筑，前出厦，面宽11.5米，进深8.35米，高约9米。殿内塑张志纯座像及左右站班。大殿曾于明清重修。1993年，张家安村再次对庙宇进行重修。
