           始建于1986年7月。位于城区南部，依龙山而建，占地面积35.4公顷。建有公园南门、北门、天池等建筑物。1992年，建成七层阁式仿古建筑龙山塔，高36.8米。同年，龙山北侧栽植观赏植物11.3万株，铺植草坪0.2万平方米。连续被山东省精神文明办公室评为全省文明公园。
