    建国后，党和政府注重环境保护治理工作。1975年前，此项工作由县计委代
管。1976年2月县革委成立环境保护领导小组，配专职干部具体负责。1984年4月
成立县环境保护委员会，主要承担治理三废(废水、废气、废渣)任务，保护和改
善生态环境。
