    1986～2000年，市内宗教工作突出"抓管理，促稳定"这个中心，坚持"教育、
引导、 管理"六字方针，推行了"定点、定人、定片"的"三定"管理方式。使全市
宗教工作由行使政策，逐步向法律保护和依法开展工作的运行机制过渡。信教群
众积极参与经济建设，热心公益事业。至2000年，境内经市政府正式批准的宗教
活动场所31处， 其中清真寺15处， 天主教2处， 基督教14处。"三教"信众达到
20333人。
