    1986年始，粮食部门共购置汽车、拖拉机、机动三轮车45辆，除少量运输自
运外，多由铁路和租用社会车辆承运。粮油调运坚持统一调拨和企业自主经营运
销结合，加强调拨计划性，合理摆布，安全运输， 避免粮油二次集运。 15年间，
共节约运杂费650余万元。1986年调入粮食24670吨，调出油1440吨。1989年后，
年均市外调入粮食30000吨左右。 1998年后，取消平价粮油市外调拨，改为市场
调节。
