    1993年，设置民事行政检察科。1993年至2003年，共受理不服县人民法院已经发生法律效力的民事、经济、行政判决和裁定的申诉案件465件，立案查处259件。经审查认为确有错误的判决、裁定，向上级检察机关建议提请抗诉和提起抗诉的案件194件，经法院再审撤销原判和改判46件，提出改判建议12件，法院采纳12件。
