    1993年7月前，在木材公司设“建材股”，主营水泥、玻璃、沥青、油毡、耐火材料等产品。在经营的建筑材料中，水泥的购销是主要业务。货源主要有肥城水泥厂、县水泥厂。供应对象主要是工业企业基本建设项目，县内水利建设项目。1993年7月，成立建材公司。至1997年，市场完全放开，水泥完全靠市场调节。
