    信息管理工作始于1996年，中国加入世贸组织(WTO)前后，全县代码办证1494个，并每年进行年检。1998年至2003年，财务、标准检索、质量检验、电能表检定、锅容管特等都实行了微机管理，局内各科室及下属技术机构实现内部程控化、办公打印、电传自动化。
