    明朝始设钱庄，1731年(清雍正九年)钱庄始发银票、汇票。清末民初，境内无官
方设立的金融机构，乡村借贷汇兑由私人开设的当铺、钱庄办理。他们建柜头，雇管
家，除发行乡票外，还兼搞土地押当，收租放债。放债时先扣除利息，到期不还，则
以青苗和土地抵押。 未扣利息的到期即将本息一起生息，俗称“驴打滚”，一般是3
年本利平。
