    1950年，代国家发行人民胜利折实公债16万元。还本付息都以一定种类和数量的实物价格折算为货币支付（折实牌价按照1955年3月底最后牌价折算为货币，根据债券附带的实有息票，按年息5%计算）。
    1954～1958年，代国家发行5次经济建设公债，共98.6万元。至1981年底，兑付公债114.6万元；1982～1983年底，又兑付35万元。其中：1954年的公债分8年还本付息；1955～1958年的公债分10年还本付息。1958年公债原规定无息，在兑付时，按债券面值加付10年利息，即每元公债券加利息0.4元。
