    1983年12月，筹设审计局，有局长1人，副局长1人。1984年5月，审计局正式成立，1985年有干部6人，其中局长1人，副局长1人，同年，经委、粮食局、商业局、县供销社、乡镇企业局等14个县直业务主管部门和17个县直企业单位建立了内部审计机构。
