    解放战争时期，县公安局直接接待信访工作。建国后由公安局秘书股兼理，1972年成立信访办公室。1954年3月，县人民法院设人民接待室。1955年1月，县人民检察院设信访组。1958年后由检察院秘书组办理。1980年3月设法纪检查科，1982年4月改称控告申诉科。
    1983年，县政法委员会设信访组。
    政法信访各业务单位，实行建档立卡、分级负责、归口办案、联合办案和负责人接待日制度。
